I like Spidey, but to be honest, Spidey would be no match. Even aunt May agrees when he told Peter, "You're not Superman, you know."

There was a cross over way back in 1976, Spider-Man VS Superman, and even Spider-Man's fans agreed that their Spider-Man would be no match against Superman.

IDK, this two are eerie similar. Even their movies share the same plot, I don't remember superman 1 much but Superman 2 and Spiderman two they both gave up their superhero days for a chick, in Superman 3 and Spiderman 3 they both took on darker characters. They even spawn different versions of themselves. Spiderman (Venom, Carnage, toxic, etc) Superman (Steel, superboy, cyborg superman, etc.) and it goes on.
