first off -we ARE talking about GOAT(greatest of all time)- and Supes has been brought down from the '70s and '80s when he was almost godlike( he's still Supes,but his ass can be handed to him by a whole range of super powered heroes/villains these days) Batman is contemptuous of him-even "fears" his potential to act "like G-d"-so as far as dealing with tony Stark? "yes" he'd bash old I.M. up pretty bad,even if Tony used the "thor or hulk smasher" armor(Stark would get in some good punches) Now if Stark gets wind of the Kryptonite weakness-and stark is as smart if NOT SMARTER than Bats, you can best believe I.M comes to the game in Kryptonite coated armor,whipping the big blue boy scouts asss !!! iron man is my man but superman would definitely win. if everyone remember's superman has basically limitless strength . Wizard magazine said that the only two heros that superman would lose to would be thor and silver surfer. but honestly just in a "who's stronger conflict" superman would win with anybody.
