A couple of comments on ctal's entries. NY City is liberal. The rest of the state is conservative and Republican, and not only did Hillary win NYC, but in her last election she won the state. As far as what she's done, she's turned out to be a good Senator for NY. Since the balance of NY State is Republican and people crossed party lines to reelect her (by a wide margin)it seems that most NYers agree with me on this. Given this, I would say that ctal's conclusion that she is not good in NY and therefore not good for the country could be revisited. I am neither a Republican nor a Democrat but I see Senator Clinton as looking and sounding the smartest of all the candidates, Republicans and Democrats. She's also had the benefit of being tutored (thanks to being the wife of Bill) and gaining the necessary experience needed to fill that position. She is feisty and I don't see her being steamrolled by any opponent or the Republicans in congress (when elected president).
