Church and State are suppose to be separated last time I check, so why is Mike Huckabee running for a Cleric-President? Governor Romney keeps being asked about his Church believes, but he continues to remind people he is not running for President of his Church. So far I like Mitt Romney. He has a record of DOING significant things like turning around the Olympic games from financial ruin to success and improving his state's financial condition by cutting government back and not raising taxes. Mitt Romney might change his name to Mike. Milt is too hard to pronounce. I know people that might vote for him if he changed his name to Mike Reynolds. looks like on TV that his hair has too much gel in it. Has a president ever been elected who greased his hair? I think Cal Coolidge greased his hair with vaseline, though he was elected before TV and they couldn't see his hair over the radio. Romney should blow dry his hair. He would look more natural and at ease. I think Romney has too much charisma to be Presidential. Voters like someone who comes across as a bit offensive, but in a charming way. by far mitt owns American ideals. family, freedom, success. he's proven success in all the important areas of his own. his character and charisma tell all. i don't necessarily agree with everything he's ever done, but out of both parties neither shows more faith and right minded thinking.he's a good honest man, and i hate how people bash a fellow Christian because of his faith. at least he honors his unlike a lot of us Christians. go mitt, you have my vote sir. 10/09/2007 21:44

I ditto the previous comments about Mitt's character and qualifications. He's certainly has an exceptional combination of leadership experience in and outside of politics. He has not only pulled several large organizations out of a nose dive but also helped them to prosper. The US could definitely use the kind of intelligence and strength that such tasks require. Mitt's character can restore the faith of the people in politics and government. His ability to work and negotiate successfully with disparate parties indicates that the partisan divisions in this country could finally have a chance to heal. So, yes, on paper Mitt Romney looks like the BEST chance we have for a brighter future. And in real life, Mitt IS our best chance. 10/09/2007 18:20
On paper....this guy is clearly in a league of his own. The most qualified candidate by far. Experience in Government, Business....has a clean "record", no scandals, affairs, etc. He is a great example to the rest of us...someone to be admired for his values, work ethic, experience.
