I'm upset at whatever cut off your song, but other than that, this was such a great listen...er uh watch. I'm not a "webcammer," either, so don't feel bad. Hey Don- loved the video!!...Or what I saw of it!! :( It cut out towards the end and went back to the beginning for some reason!? Unfortunately, I didn't get to hear you sing, but I really enjoyed hearing all about your history and who you are. My Dad is an ordained Catholic Deacon, so I know all about strict, old-fashioned upbringings! But I did learn much from them and now find myself being a lot like them towards my kids! WOW! Another DON!!! And another SINGLE guy!! WHEW-WEW!!! Ya know..my hands don't fit around my accoustic too well either! But I still have the same book I had moons ago after my brother was home for Christmas from Germany, had nothing to give to me but his guitar. I think he'd be surprised to see it looks near brand new! Speaking of bass...I found this guy the other day..I've gotta find him again and share with all of the Bix people. Hey Mr. President, Thanks for that comment... In the first 6 or 7 attempts, I had my bubba teefies in and I was campaignin for ya, My video kept cuttin me off, and then when i got almost all the way through my song, it cut off and I realized I forgot to put the teefies in and announce my plea for Vice president...lol ... As far as guitar goes, I will be straight with you... It is going to be a long hard road!!! But, I do believe you can do it!! Blood , Sweat, and tears my friend. Dedication, heart and soul. This is something you have to want to do and have plenty of time for. I would reccomend going to your local Guitar Center and picing up a guitar book. It will show you where to put your fingers... Sounds easy huh?...lol but i promise ya it will take some time, and you will have some callises too. Just try to be patient and work at yur own pace. The book will also show what keys work with certain keys. (standards) .. If i can do aything to help , feel free to contact me...
